These typical light, crispy thin biscuits known as mother-in-law tongues, are handmade for us in the heart of Piemonte, a region famous for it's wine and culinary heritage. Made with the simplest authentic primary ingredients, they are eaten as an antipasto snack, like grissini breadsticks, or with cheese.
