500g dough: wheat flour, salt, yeast & semolina to prepare
Tomato sauce: plum tomatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, bay, thyme, garlic, red wine
Topping: cow's milk mozzarella & basil
Hot & Spicy option: Extra £4: Spianate piccante, 'nduja and pickled chilli.
If you would like to add toppings such as chorizo, prosciutto, anchovies, olives & finocchiona you can purchase online.
