Seasonal Supper for Two

29th January Seasonal Supper for Two - with restaurants being closed, this is the perfect way to have a delicious meal at home without the preparation.

Based on the successful evening menu held once a month in Brassica Restaurant, this is a 3 course menu for two people, which needs to be heated up (where necessary) and plated.  Instructions will be included in the box.

Starter: Blood orange, rocket, chicory, walnuts & organic ricotta (made by Cass)

Main: Braised spiced venison with polenta & pickled celeriac

Pudding: Chocolate mousse cake with salted caramel & crème fraîche
